Affordable apartment with everything we needed for our fairly nice stay for travellers wanting a local experience. Friendly and helpful staff who greeted us. It was magnificent in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

We had a fantastic stay at Topkapi Apartments. the owner, Yusuf, was extremely helpful and pleasant from the moment we arrived. He provided fantastic directions to the apartment and even walked us there. the family suite we stayed in was perfect for us, with a comfortable living room area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. the kitchen was well-equipped and bright, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. the location was ideal, within walking distance of major sights like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. the tram was also conveniently close by. We especially enjoyed the lovely rooftop terrace with its beautiful view of the water. it was a comfy and enjoyable stay. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤔.

Comfortable experience for a vacation, fairly clean apartment. It is an excellent place to stay, the staff are pleasant. Huge room, exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe...

The service was good, really great stay for a vacation. Truly enjoyed views of the sea. It was located in a very quiet area close to all the major attractions.

loved our stay in the apartment, perfect location, great local cuisine, plenty of room and a bonus kitchen. Yusuf, the manager, was very helpful and spoke fluent English. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including stable Wi-Fi and a cozy terrace with a view. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

We have stayed for few days in the basement room which was good but a bit small for a family. Hamza has upgraded us to the top floor room which was nice, clean, and spacious . The terrace has a nice view of the sea and the nearby park was good for the kids. The location is very good nearby all sight seeing and the sea. Many good restaurants are close by too.

The next door building was under construction so there was some noise during the mornings.

This place is my top pick in the city because of the excellent service and the beautiful views of the Sea of Marmara.

The facilities are very good, and the staffs were really helpful, plus the hamza and yusuf can speak english so its easier to deal with them. I would recommend this apartment for those who love staying in apartment during vacation.

For those who drive cars it might be little bit hard to find parking as generally the streets in old city of Sultanahmet is very narrow plus there are lots of cars, vans, buses and lorries using the one- way street.

The place was clean with quiet atmosphere just off the major tourist sights such as the Hagia Sofia, the center of the old city and Haya Sofia, Blue Mosque and hippodrome. The location was marvellous, I easily reached Sultanahmet District Public Square.

This place is close to the Sultanahmet tram stop and major sights, the room was bright, the host was enjoyable, and the staff was good.

The apartment was spotless clean, spacious. It had all facilities, washing machine, laundry hangers, closets with lots of hangers, iron board in every room, hair dryer, iron, plates, glasses, tea, coffee, spices. The best place ever. Also, Yusuf the brother of Hamsa (the owners of the place) the most fantastic people on earth. They are very good and attentive. Yusuf is 24 years old and very Hard working. I admire his being so responsible. I wish all young people will be like Yusuf. I will definitely stay again in their place. We booked 3 apartments rooms (a Reunion with my best friends from Grade School), and they were all so satisfied and will also definitely go back to their place. Also the apartment in in a very good location. 10 minute to all the landmark areas you have to see. I rate this place 105% percent.

There is nothing to not like in this place. The place is the best ever, and the maid service to clean daily is just great. Housekeepers are so nice.

The staff were very open and hospitable. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a few days' stay. The mattress was very comfortable. The rooftop terrace provides a beautiful view of the Marmara sea. The hotel is excellently located - central but in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

No smoking rooms, but I guess this is the rule in Turkey.

Great location, only a short walk away from popular attractions. The friendly owners were always willing to help and spoke excellent English. Plus, the view from the rooftop was amazing!

The exterior of the building needs some refurbishment and the lounge area was quite sparse.
